By placing an order via the website, in person, by phone, by email, or any other method, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. We reserve the right to modify, update, remove, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.

By creating an account on our website, you agree that you are the responsible party for all actions within your account, including purchases, cancellations, and any other user activity. You agree to safeguard your login credentials and log out after completing your transactions. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility.

We actively monitor all transactions for fraudulent activity. If we or our systems identify any suspicious behavior, we reserve the right to contact you for verification. Queen B Bullion reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or recall any order at our sole discretion if fraud is suspected. We will fully cooperate with local, state, and federal authorities in prosecuting fraudulent activity.

We do not accept cash, prepaid cards, third-party payments, checks of any kind, or cryptocurrency.

Order Commitment & Payment Terms

By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding agreement to purchase the items listed on your invoice. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing your order.

Any order not paid within 10 days may incur an interest charge of 5% per day (or the maximum allowed by law in your state).

Order cancellations are not permitted except under rare circumstances at our sole discretion. If an order is canceled, you are responsible for any Market Loss, meaning if the market price of the metal decreases after your order is placed, you must pay the difference. No credit or refund will be issued if market prices increase.
